Pre - Retreat (3 weeks)

Exploratory consultation
Intake and health screening to ensure plant medicine is safe for you
Online program to teach tools for mental and emotional work, guided self-inquiry, exercises, healings, and meditations
1-1 coaching to become conscious of and work through thought patterns, negativity, and limiting beliefs
Intention setting and preparation for the retreat

During the Retreat (1 week+)

All-inclusive week-long retreat in an idyllic location and setting
