Discover the Universe Inside of You

This one is going to stretch your imagination.

I'd like you to consider that... You are the Universe.

Yep, that’s right.

You. Are. The. Universe.

Not in a sort of abstract and woo-woo sense. In real and practical terms, and as such, you consciously or subconsciously create 100% of your reality.

Just so you don’t think I’ve lost my mind, let’s triangulate this a few different ways – through science, famous mystics, and the CIA (yes, that CIA).
Let’s start with the scientific. Luminary astronomer, cosmologist, educator, and all-around genius Carl Sagan described it as such:

The cosmos is within us.
We are made of star-stuff.
We are a way for the universe to know itself.

What is Carl saying here? You are the Universe. Modern quantum physicists point us in the same direction.

In October (2022), the Nobel Prize was dished out to physicists that proved "The Universe is Not Locally Real".

What does that mean? Well, it means it's literally all in our heads. You are the Universe.

Now for a mystical perspective. Rumi, the 13^th century poet declared that:

You are not a drop in the ocean.
You are the entire ocean, in a drop.

Someone a little more modern now, Eckhart Tolle:

Ultimately you are not a person, but a focal point where the universe is becoming conscious of itself. What an amazing miracle.

Sounds familiar. Rumi and Eckhart are saying that You are the Universe.

Now let’s go a little deeper, to a more, uhhh, credible source. What does the CIA / American government have the say on this subject?

Quite a bit actually, and you can see a relevant and recently declassified paper from 1983 on the CIA website here. If you’re a curious human, read it.

Here are a few relevant excerpts from the paper:

• Section 12: Holograms: Energy creates, stores, and retrieves meaning in the universe by projecting or expanding at certain frequencies in a three-dimensional mode that creates a living pattern called a hologram.

• Section 13: The Part (you) encodes the Whole (Hologram/Universe).

• Section 14: The universe is composed of interacting energy fields, some at rest and some in motion. It is, in and of itself, one gigantic hologram of unbelievable complexity.

• Section 14: […] the human mind is also a hologram which attunes itself to the universal hologram by the medium of energy exchange thereby deducing meaning and achieving the state we call consciousness.

• Section 16: Like certain strange discoveries of quantum physics, the radical reorientation of this theory suddenly makes sense of paradoxical sayings of mystics throughout the ages

In summary: You are the Universe. And the mystics had it right long before scientists and the CIA.

Now at the moment, this whole “You are the universe” business is just a bunch of words on a page. It probably doesn't hold real meaning for you.

But, it doesn’t need to stay that way. With sufficient self-discovery work and attunement of your frequency/vibration of your head-machine, you can experience this for yourself.

If there is to be a goal of working with plant medicine, meditation, etc, to experience one-ness with the universe is certainly one to consider.

To experience this spiritual reality first-hand has profound implications for just about everything:

• How you treat yourself (a reflection of how well you know yourself)
• How you relate to others (a reflection of how you treat yourself)
• What you do (discovering your unique gifts, and finding your divine purpose)
• Whether or not you run off and meditative isolation in Bhutan
